Payment Terms and Conditions
Please note that unless otherwise stated and agreed with the Client in writing, the following terms and conditions apply in all cases of graphic design and web design work undertaken by McColm Graphics:
PRINT MEDIA
(Business Cards, Flyers, Brochures etc)
Payment is required up front and in full.
WEB DESIGN AND DIGITAL MEDIA
(Websites, Web Graphics, Artwork only Logos etc)
A deposit of 50% (fifty percent) of the total agreed cost, which will be deducted from the final bill, is required in order to secure new work. We believe that this is the fairest way to ensure that the project is completed to the highest possible standards.
Payment is to be made immediately and in full upon completion of graphic design and web design work undertaken by McColm Graphics.
Copyright and ownership of graphics and web pages will remain with McColm Graphics and will not be released until payment is made in full.
